About the Yugoslav / Serbian Standard
The Yugoslav telephone connector (codified by PTT Yugoslavia in the 1970s-1980s) was the standard analogue plug across the former Yugoslavia. After dissolution it remained in use across Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Croatia, though most installations have now migrated to RJ-11.
An older Yugoslav-to-RJ-11 adapter may still be needed in pre-2000s residential buildings across the former-Yugoslav region.
