Tempest Telecom provides each customer with a detailed statement at the end of each billing cycle. Our statements will break down usage by

• Overall total usage



• Group total usage



• Individual user total usage

Usage detail shows:

• Which Service was used



• The location the service was used



• The time and date the service was used



• How much time was spent online



• And the total charge for usage

For companies with more complex needs the Account Manager will allow companies to setup more complex reporting. This reporting will allow the account manager to automatically generate usage reports for departments, project groups and any other division you wish to set up.

Usage reports can be sent automaticaly to each user via email so they can verify usage and add to their expense repot. An automatic billing statement is sent in electronic and hard copy to a billing address as well.
