Tempest Telecom’s Internet Roaming services are provided through a unified dialer platform that is easy to use. Downloading and installing the dialer onto a laptop (Windows or Mac OSX) will enable the user to connect quickly and easily.

WiFi, or Wireless Fidelity, is freedom: it allows you to connect wirelessly to the Internet at broadband speeds when you travel. WiFi is automatically included in every Roaming account. However for power users who require high-speed access all the time, we do offer Unlimited monthly plans that are available for corporate customers

Tempest Telecom provides all users with the ability to manage their accounts online. Corporate customers have added features that also allow account managers to add, remove and adjust accounts via the web. Changes made via the Account Manager happen instantly, this means you can provision users with service when you need it. The account manager also allows you to see which of your users are online in real-time.

From an IT manager’s perspective, our Roaming requires little end-user training. Using the Multiple User Manager allows the IT manager to manage add and remove users quickly and efficiently. You control username and passwords.

Accounts can be set up and managed in groups that you set up and manage. This allows you to establish accounts by department, billing group, or project. At the end of each month you will receive usage reports showing usage by each group allowing you to expense the accounts to the right department.

Tempest Telecom will allow SMTP traffic from your server to travel across our network, so your existing mail server will be accessible. If your endusers use 3rd party mail providers that do not allow SMTP roaming, Tempest Telecom provides a method for those users to send and receive email.
